Perfect for busy schedules, our plan offers weekly coaching sessions, customized meal and workout plans, and ongoing motivation to keep you accountable. Plus, gain exclusive access to the Defiant Vitality App to stay on track and unlock your full potential! - Two (2) In-Person Training Sessions Per Week Focused on strength, proper form, motivation, and customized workout progression. - Personalized Workout Plan (App-Based) Clients receive additional workouts to complete on their own, guided inside your app with video demonstrations. - Nutrition & Healthy Eating Guidance Flexible meal suggestions, portion tips, and grocery guidance based on their lifestyle & cultural food preferences. - Weekly Progress Check-Ins Short check-ins to review wins, challenges, stress level, energy, and progress toward goals. - Messaging Support via App Clients can message you directly for questions, motivation, or quick guidance between sessions. - Habit & Lifestyle Coaching Tools for improving water intake, sleep, emotional wellness, and consistency not just the gym. - Progress Tracking (Photos, Measurements, or Strength Milestones) Clients see their growth physically and mentally over time. - Mindset & Confidence Coaching Encouragement to build discipline, confidence, and a long-term healthy lifestyle — not just temporary results. - Community Challenges & Accountability Groups Clients can join group challenges for support, encouragement, and fun competition. - Flexible Training Location Train at your gym, a local park, or in-home depending on client preference and your service offering.


Agreement Overview This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in fitness programs, including customized workout routines, meal plans, and any related services provided by Defiant Vitality. By signing this agreement, you agree to comply with the terms outlined herein. Commitment and Expectations 1. Client Responsibilities Follow all workout and meal plans as instructed. Communicate openly about any required modifications to ensure safety and comfort. Conduct yourself respectfully and professionally at all times. Notify your trainer immediately about any concerns or safety issues. 2. Trainer Responsibilities Provide guidance, support, and a safe training environment tailored to your goals. Modify exercises as necessary for client safety or comfort. 3. Acknowledgment of Results Defiant Vitality does not guarantee specific results. Your success depends on your commitment, attitude, and effort. Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy 1. Cancellations Notify Defiant Vitality at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule a session. Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability and is not guaranteed. 2. No-Shows Failing to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a charge for the session. 3. Refunds No refunds are provided for unused or canceled sessions.
