My mission is to help people feel strong, confident, and in control of their health through strength
training and balanced nutrition. I specialize in teaching beginners how to lift weights, build muscle,
and create healthier habits without extreme diets or trends. After losing 70 pounds and keeping it
off for over three years, I know firsthand that real change comes from consistency, not quick fixes.
I’m here to guide you and help you feel more confident and comfortable in the gym, whether you’re
just starting out or ready to take your fitness to the next level.
