Each session is 30–60 minutes and focused on strength training with free weights and machines.Workouts are customized to your goals, teaching proper form while helping you build strength and confidence.

  • 3 Days per Week – $325.80/month (includes sales tax)

  • 4 Days per Week – $434.40/month (includes sales tax)

HYBRID TRAINING

Includes a 4-day weekly workout split, 2 in-person training sessions each week, 1 weekly virtual call

check-in, and full access to my training & nutrition app to track workouts and meals. This plan gives

you the benefit of hands-on coaching while keeping you accountable between sessions.

  • $380.10/month (includes sales tax)

ONLINE TRAINING

Includes a customized 3-month workout program, 1 weekly virtual call or check-in, and full

accountability tracking through my app for both workouts and nutrition. This plan gives you 100%

accountability and flexibility, allowing you to train on your own schedule while staying motivated

with professional guidance.

  • $217.20/month (includes sales tax)

  • Commitment: Requires a 3-month minimum agreement to stay an active client.

COLLEGE STUDENT?

College Students: Receive a 20% discount on the monthly rate.
